Payment Method: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Cheque or through your Benefits Insurance. If you would like us to submit your claim on your behalf, please make sure to bring your benefits information to your first appointment.

Cancellation Policy: When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We never double book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that missed appointments prevent us from catering to other clients.That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
If you are sick or showing signs of being sick contact the clinic right away so that we can cancel or reschedule your appointment. NO SHOWS or late appointments will be charged in full so please contact us if you cannot keep your appointment. The charge for a late or missed appointment is not billable to insurance companies.

Scent Policy: We at Remissio strive to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for all of our clients as well as our staff.
To help us maintain this environment we ask that you refrain from wearing any heavily synthetic scented products to your appointment. Heavily scented products can trigger reactions such as respiratory distress, headaches and other symptoms. Products that trigger these symptoms can include; perfumes, cologne, lotions, scented hand sanitizer, scented hair products, etc. We thank you for helping us keep Remissio a scent conscious zone.

Parking Details: We at Remissio care about our clients that is why we do our best to make sure you have a positive experience from the minute you arrive. We know that coming to a new place can be a bit of a struggle and we want to make it easier for you. Parking is available in the 2 hour free parking section against our building on McPhail Street as well as free street parking along McPhail Street and King Street, even in the winter. We also have designated Remissio parking spots in the parking lot off Cassells Street. Accessible parking is available in the parking lot as well to the right of our entrance.
